When creating a new post, please include relevant information that will make it possible for others to troubleshoot your issue.
Generally speaking this includes: a transaction hash, your Althea address, any error messages you have encountered, and possible screenshots when relevant.
DO NOT EVER INCLUDE YOUR MNEMONIC PHRASE and remember to NEVER ENTER IT ANYWHERE when receiving technical support. It is best to do all support openly through the proper channels, which both avoids scammers and makes a record of the issue for posterity.
